MOMENTS PRECIOUS LITTLE GIRL

My precious, Isabelle, finally reach her 7th months growing up process this coming 28th July 2012.  :) with loves, this journey is not easy where i got to learn HOW TO TAKE CARE OF BABY as she is my first child, not to forget showering her with unlimited love and pamper...

These 7th months, i learn quite a few things where all mummies may through how i feel....

From 0 to 3mths

- Colic (babies may have it after 7weeks all the way to 3months)

Baby isabelle use to cry alot when she is approximate 1month plus, she cries especially during the night time, and the cry will only stop when i hug her to sleep. Once i try to place her on her bed, she will cry again. Intially, we thought she is hungry hence we will feed her milk after 2hours. The weirdest part is whenever she finish sucking her milk, after 5 to 10minutes she will vomit all her milk out. As a first time mum, we went to seek help from our PD and find out what the problem with her.

Our PD will tell us is due to there is wind in her tummy hence must feed her with colic medicine in her milk every 3hour. hence we did as what my PD states. Days after days, this situation persist, hence a kiasu mummy like me brought her to her PD once again and diagnose she is a colic baby.

Colic is cause by Lactose Intolerance, hence PD recommend her SIMILAC TOTAL COMFORT 1,

Colic due to lactose intolerance will slowly disappear in a baby when he or she is 3 to 4 months old, as their digestion will improve all weeks :) hence not to worry too much :)

Reminder:
Dear all mummies out there if your babies are drinking this milk powder please do stock up. It is in high demand plus they can be out of stock anytime, which happen to me once. 
 
- Beware of water entering a baby ear

OMG, i got a shock to see my precious swollen ears, as big as an elephant, when she is just 2months old, instantly we admitted her into mount alvernia and get her PD down to check on her on a sat 9pm. The first thing my PD saw her ears, she got a shock why is it as big as an elephant, after check up, she realised is due to there is residue of water entered her ear which cause ear infection.

Reminder:
Dear all mummies out there never never allow your babies ears get into water.

From 3 mths onwards: 

- Isabelle can only drink milk while SLEEPING, as she refuse milk bottle and hates milk smell when she is conscious...

Just wondering how many babies out there has this habit like my precious?

As this requires numerous patience and effort !!! i still undergoing this process.. my little girl refuse all brands of milk bottles i bought for her, example, NUK, AVENT, PIGEON, TOLLY JOY, TOMMIE YIPEE and etc. there after i trying sippy cup still fails. hence i use spoon feeding for her milk and i REALISE...

When the spoon is near her, she will show me an expression that she wants to vomit before i even try to feed her then i realise she hates her SIMILAC TOTAL COMFORT 2. hence like a kiasu mummy once again, i head down to NTUC and get different brands of milk powder, SIMILAC NORMAL, MAMIL GOLD, NAN PRO and GOAT MILK..

Every try i pinning a 0.001% hope that she will suck the bottle or able to drink her milk but each time i fail till now i am still experiencing the same problem. I approach my PD she states some babies from young hates milk but only way to let her drink is when she is sub conscious. So, Isabelle sleep and drink milk :)
